With almost two decades of experience navigating and interpreting the nuances of entrepreneurship and the enduring legacy of running a business with a starting capital of N200,000 to over N100bn in both profitability & valuation, Akin aims to guide businesses from start-up to sustainability. He will also guide professionals in navigating from a high-level executive to owning businesses and viable investments.

GENZPEAK
GENZPEAK is a coaching and mentorship platform designed to guide the next generation of leaders to navigate transitional changes, harness their strength, prepare for uncertainties, own their stories, and embrace their vulnerabilities in a world full of distractions, pressure, competition, delays, and disruptions. My desired outcome from this platform is to help you develop a clear personal vision and life purpose with clarity of thought and balance in your emotional, physical, and psychological well-being to fulfill your potential. The platform will inspire, educate, and empower current and future institutional (private and public sector) leaders through personal stories, life experiences, and educational journeys. The platform will stimulate, educate and provide a safe place for like minds to meet, network, and build a positive pathway for the future. It is a value-driven platform.
The Impact Circle (TIC)
The impact circle is Akin’s idea of coaching and working with young and upcoming leaders to start, build, grow, consolidate, and achieve life’s ultimate goal of peace and tranquility.
We engage and provide them with tools to help them discover and understand how to unlock their potential, monetize, and maximize them, which is the difference between highly successful and struggling people. We provide scalable coaching and mentoring programs that nurture and support young entrepreneurs by equipping them with skills, knowledge, and experience.
Impact Circle empowers the coaches to make decisions based on critical thinking and data, not just instinct. We believe there are proven ways to build careers and businesses and thrive.
